1. Prior Express Written Consent (TCPA)

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Standards

Merchants using our SMS broadcast engine must collect express written consent explicitly informing the subscriber that recurring automated marketing text messages will be delivered to their mobile number.

  • Consent is never a condition of purchase.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on the subscriber's mobile carrier plan.
  • Message frequency varies according to campaign rules.
2. Standard Carrier Keywords (STOP, HELP)

Instant Keyword-Driven Opt-Out Handlers

Our telecommunication gateway natively recognizes standard CTIA keywords:

Keyword: STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE

Instantly halts all outbound SMS traffic to the sender's mobile number and returns a final confirmation message.

Keyword: HELP / INFO

Dispatches support contact instructions and merchant helpline details without subscribing to marketing lists.

3. Automated Quiet Hours Enforcement

Respecting Recipient Timezones

Under US Federal and State regulations (e.g. Florida Telephone Solicitation Act), commercial text messages may only be delivered between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM recipient local time.

Our automated queue engine automatically calculates the recipient's timezone using their area code/country code and delays out-of-hours messages until 8:01 AM the following morning.
