Unsubscribe Processing & List Suppression
In strict adherence to Google and Yahoo 2024+ bulk sender requirements, all commercial marketing emails dispatched from our system include:
- Machine-Readable RFC 8058 Headers: Every email includes
List-Unsubscribe-Post: List-Unsubscribe=One-ClickandList-Unsubscribe: <https:...>, <mailto:...>headers allowing email clients to render a native 1-tap unsubscribe banner. - Conspicuous Footer Links: A legible, direct unsubscribe link in the email body.
- Immediate Honor of Requests: Unsubscriptions are processed in real-time and honored permanently across all future marketing dispatches within 24 hours.
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Protocols
To eliminate spoofing and phishing risks, our system mandates cryptographic sender identity verification:
Specifies authorized IP sending ranges via DNS TXT records.
Cryptographically signs email headers to prevent in-transit tampering.
Instructs receiving inboxes on handling unauthenticated messages.
How Campaign Performance Metrics Are Collected
Emails dispatched through our platform may contain an invisible 1x1 transparent tracking pixel. When the email is loaded in a mail client that renders images, our servers record:
- Timestamp of email open
- Approximate geolocation based on IP address
- User agent (e.g. Apple Mail, Gmail Web, Outlook)
Recipients can block open tracking by selecting "Ask before displaying external images" in their mail client settings.
